Shipping and delivery

At Quirk & Copper, we want you to feel confident when placing your order. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your items.

Processing Times

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 2 to 3 business days
• Custom Orders or Backordered Items: Ship within 1 to 2 weeks

Each piece is handcrafted, which requires additional time to complete for custom orders. We will provide you with an approximate completion date when the commission is confirmed.

Shipping Rates and Options

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders $50 and up

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Areas

• We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays and Lost Packages

• Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive your order, please contact us within 3 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
